My architectural journey, from its humble beginnings to my current pursuit of a PhD in Architecture and Design and my third master's at Virginia Tech, is a testament to my unwavering dedication to the field. This trajectory includes a bachelor's degree in architecture, followed by dual master's degrees in Interior Architecture and Architectural Technology. Currently, I'm expanding my horizons with ongoing studies in Building Construction and Management, all of which have woven together to create a multifaceted academic foundation. In addition to my academic endeavors, I've embarked on entrepreneurial ventures, founding a sustainable smart city startup, and played a guiding role in various architectural projects. Teaching architectural software has also been a rewarding part of my journey, allowing me to share my passion and knowledge with others. Through these diverse experiences, I've not only gained a profound understanding of the built environment but also developed a deep-seated passion for integrating technology to enhance it. Each step along this path has contributed to shaping my perspective, blending creative design instincts with practical construction expertise, and fueling my commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation in architecture.

In my current research, I'm deeply immersed in exploring the intricate interplay between the essence of a place and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within immersive environments. This investigation extends beyond traditional boundaries of immersive design, incorporating elements of Extended Reality (XR) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), as well as principles of Human-Centered Design (HCD). By integrating these multidisciplinary approaches, my aim is to cultivate environments that resonate deeply on emotional and cultural levels, ultimately fostering a genuine sense of belonging for individuals within these immersive spaces.
